Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Listrix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Listrix cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Listrix.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts without permission may result in termination.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Listrix offers monthly subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to recurring monthly billing at the rate listed at the time of purchase.

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account Settings. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades and at the end of the current billing period for downgrades.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
  • On cancellation, your service continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, your account remains active on the paid plan until the end of the billing period, and you will not be charged again.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your case.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Listrix for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items.
  • Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
  • Harassing or abusing other users or Listrix staff.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the Service's source code, algorithms, or data.
  • Using automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the Service without permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Listrix uses artificial intelligence to generate listing titles, descriptions, keywords, and pricing suggestions. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not comply with marketplace-specific policies.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before posting it on any marketplace. Listrix is a tool to assist you — the final decision and responsibility are yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Listrix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listrix and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Platform bans, listing removals, or account suspensions.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, is harmful to Listrix or its users.

You may delete your account at any time from your account Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via the email associated with your account. Your continued use of Listrix after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
