Listrix is an independent third-party software tool designed to assist online resellers and makers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Etsy Inc., or any other marketplace platform.

Our platform connects to Etsy via its official public API (OAuth) solely to help you manage your own listings and view analytics. These connections are initiated and authorized by you, the seller.

Following listing guidelines for titles, descriptions, images, and categorization.
Understanding and paying all applicable platform fees, including listing fees, final value fees, payment processing fees, and advertising costs.
Complying with each platform's seller performance standards and policies.

Listrix provides suggestions and tools, but we cannot guarantee that any listing created with our platform will comply with a particular marketplace's policies. Always review platform rules directly.

No Guarantees

Listrix does not guarantee:

Listing visibility, search ranking, or impressions.
Sales, conversion rates, or revenue.
That any given listing will be accepted or remain active on any marketplace.
That AI-generated content will comply with all platform policies.

Success on any marketplace depends on many factors beyond our control — including market demand, competition, item quality, pricing, seller reputation, and platform algorithms.

API and Platform Changes

Marketplace platforms may change their APIs, policies, fees, or features at any time and without notice to Listrix. If a platform changes or restricts its API, certain Listrix features — including cross-platform listing, analytics, and platform sync — may be affected or temporarily unavailable.

We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to platform changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service for third-party integrations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listrix shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

Marketplace account suspensions, restrictions, or bans.
Listing removals or search visibility penalties.
Lost sales, revenue, or business opportunities.
Changes in marketplace fees, policies, or API availability.
