How Listrix Uses AI

Our AI Listing Creator generates the following when you upload a photo and select a category:

Listing titles optimized for search visibility.
Product descriptions tailored to the item and platform.
Relevant keywords and tags for discoverability.
Pricing suggestions based on market patterns.

Future features — including Thrift Store Mode — will use AI for item identification, valuation, and resale potential estimates.

Limitations of AI-Generated Content

AI is powerful but not perfect. You should be aware that:

AI-generated titles, descriptions, and keywords may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate language.
AI may not be aware of specific marketplace policies, prohibited item categories, or listing guidelines. For example, certain platforms restrict specific keywords or require disclosures that AI may not include.
AI pricing suggestions are estimates based on historical patterns and comparable listings. They are not guarantees of sale price or profit.
AI-generated content may occasionally include trademarked terms, brand names, or descriptive phrases that could raise intellectual property concerns on certain platforms.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before posting it to any marketplace. This includes:

Verifying accuracy of item descriptions, conditions, measurements, and specifications.
Ensuring compliance with each platform's listing policies, prohibited items rules, and intellectual property guidelines.
Checking pricing against actual current market data before listing.
Reviewing for appropriate language, tone, and truthfulness.

Listrix is a tool to assist and accelerate your workflow — it is not a replacement for your judgment, experience, or due diligence as a seller. The final decision is always yours.

Pricing Estimates

AI-generated pricing suggestions are based on patterns observed in comparable listings across marketplaces. These estimates are meant as starting points, not definitive valuations. We strongly recommend:

Checking actual sold listings for comparable items.
Factoring in your own costs (acquisition, shipping, fees) using our Profit Calculator.
Adjusting prices based on item condition, demand, and seasonality.
